Alice has been practicing design and user research since 1998. She has built UX practices and teams at various companies including, IBM, projekt202 and Yahoo! Her specialty is using generative contextual research to drive product innovation through deep user understanding. She is passionate about bringing research insights to life through concepts, storyboards, journey maps and collaborative workshops. 

Currently Director of Strategy at Theresa Neil Strategy and Design, Alice helps clients across industries meaningfully innovate through an understanding of their business and user needs. Prior to joining TNSD, Alice was the lead UX research and design mentor for the flagship 250 person IBM Design Studio, where she taught design thinking to teams across IBM's extensive software portfolio.
