Meg is a reference librarian at the Austin Public Library. On the frontline of information access, daily she encounters the consequences of technological disparity and digital illiteracy. She improves user experience on the library’s website, teaches classes, massages text and shows your mom how to use the Kindle you gave her. She wants infinite scroll to get off her lawn.

Meg received her Masters of Library and Information Studies from the iSchool at the University of British Columbia in 2009. She lives in East Austin with her mister, dogs and a real sweet fish chiminea.
